Our Story
Empowering Small Businesses and Indigenous Communities
HeySuccess Virtual Assistance Services was founded by Paula Bayao and Katlyn Say-awen. Paula, a Freelance Industrial Engineer, noticed the limited opportunities for indigenous communities in the Cordillera region of the Philippines to be a part of the digital economy. With a passion for community development and expertise in industrial engineering, Paula teamed up with Katlyn and 9 Success Specialists from various fields to establish HeySuccess Virtual Assistance Services, bridging the gap for Small Businesses (SMEs) and indigenous grassroots communities.
