Project Puldiya: Empowering Indigenous Communities in the Digital Economy
It aims to empower & strengthen our indigenous communities in BLISTT (Baguio-La Trinidad-Itogon-Sablan-Tuba-Tublay) to be active participants in the digital economy by providing training to enhance their digital readiness, skills, and network start an online business by offering virtual assistance services.

Building a Sustainable Digital Community in the Cordillera Region
Project Puldiya already made significant progress in building a sustainable digital community in the Cordillera region of the Philippines. With the creation of the VA Network – Cordilleran Digital Professionals Facebook Group, the registration of the Online Puldiya Association (OPA) with DOLE, and the successful matching of Virtual Assistant (VA) partners with clients, the project is creating opportunities for indigenous communities to participate in the digital economy and earn above Baguio City’s minimum wage.
